Planting the Seeds is an eCourse and vibrant online community that will help you – beautiful, big-dreaming, creative woman — to gain clarity, make space, get inspired and start moving forward towards living the life of YOUR dreams.

In this eCourse you will: 

Make space in your life by mentally and physically de-cluttering.

Create a visual expression of what is most important to you.

Love and celebrate the life you are living, while moving forward towards LIVING the full expression of your dreams!

 

How it works:

When you register, you will receive a Welcome Letter with an overview of our three weeks together.

Then each Monday for three weeks (starting THIS Monday, 5/14), you will receive an e-letter and video message from me with self-paced activities to explore as you go about your daily life.

At the end of each week, I’ll check in via e-mail to see how things are going and offer reflection questions for you to consider.

Options for Participating:

You may like to enjoy this as a personal process, receiving the e-mails and participating in whatever way you are inspired, in the privacy of your own home.

You may like to join with a friend (or group of friends) and work together and inspire each other.

Or for those who enjoy connecting online, there is a Private Facebook Group – a warm and supportive community of honest, inspiring, creative women connecting, sharing and cheering each other on. We would love to have YOU join us!

About the teacher:

I am an interfaith minister, yoga teacher and passionate builder of community. I am the founder of the RI Birth Network and the host of the podcastBehind the Blog, both of which were once just tiny seeds of dreams in my heart.
