Find healthy rhythms and rituals that work for YOUR family,

Nourish your family - in body and in Spirit,

Get your family moving (and outside),

Have FUN trying new activities together,

Connect and share ideas with other families!

Sounds great! How does it work?

One week before the Recharge begins, you will receive a printable Welcome Kit via e-mail that includes a Daily Rhythm Guide + Intention Setting Worksheet.

Then each morning of the Recharge (Oct. 15-24), you will receive a Daily E-mail from Moi (and several amazing guest contributors — see below!) that will contain some lovely combination of inspiration, ideas, activities and recipes to help you and your family reconnect with healthy eating, nature, music, creativity and most importantly EACH OTHER!!

Plus, while all this goodness is happening . . .

You will also have access to a Private Facebook Group to connect and share ideas with other parents from around the world!

Who is this program for?

This program is for families – whoever is family to you, is family to me.

When you register, just let me know who, in addition to yourself, you would like me to send the e-mails to (partners, grandparents, care-providers etc.) and I will add them to the list!

Most material will be geared towards families with school-aged children, but parents of older and younger children are welcome to join in too.

Who are the Contributors?

“Thank you, Erin, for having this brilliant idea and the bravery to bring this program forward. What a success it has been! The Facebook group has been incredible. Those posting, sharing links, ideas, support, recipes…oh my goodness….I have so much to still read and bookmark.”

“We had such an amazing experience connecting even deeper as a family than we already were, and it was so wonderful to meet so many amazing people through the Facebook group!  I hope that Erin will hold this Recharge again! If she does, we will surely be joining in the fun again and we hope that you will join us too! It was an invaluable experience!”

“Thank You Erin! This has been an amazing journey and though it had some rocky moments for our family, we left it feeling recharged, renewed and so in love. * * * * * Frequently Asked Questions * * * * *

Q: I’m new to Pay-What-You-Can and feeling unsure about how to choose the amount to pay. Can you help?

A: Absolutely. Check out the comments HERE for my response to this and other questions related to Pay-What-You-Can.

Q: I don’t have a Paypal account. Can I mail you cash or a check?

A: Sorry, but no. Online registration is essential for me to stay organized and (hopefully) sane during the registration process. If you do not have a Paypal account, and do not wish to open one, I suggest asking a friend who does to register for (or better yet — with) you!

Q: I’m a single working mom. This program sounds great but I’m a little scared that it’s not for “my family” and that we won’t fit in. Will we be able to participate, such as we are?

A: It is my deep and heartfelt intention that all families feel welcome in this program. To help reinforce this intention, I shared the following with the Recharge Contributors:

“Our audience will be worldwide and diverse in its religious and political views. It will include single and partnered parents, step-parents and blended families; stay-at-home, work-at-home and work-outside-the-home parents; as well as public-schooling, private-schooling, home-schooling and un-schooling families. Although our family composition, geographic location and the flow of our days may look different, we are CONNECTED in our desire to strengthen and deepen our relationships with our loved ones and to experience more peace and harmony in our homes.”

Q: I am not a parent, but I’d really like to participate in this program. Am I welcome too?

A: You sure are. The program is intended for families and all the content and activities will be geared as such, but it absolutely open to anyone who would like to participate, get inspired, and meet wonderful people from around the world.

Q: I do not have a Facebook account. Can I get a transcript of the conversations that happen there? Or will you summarize the discussions and send them to everyone?

A: Sorry, but no. In our Daily E-mails, I may at times highlight a resource that is shared or comment on a conversation that is happening on Facebook, but I am not able to transcribe or even summarize all that happens there. I enjoy checking in with the Facebook group, and adding to the conversation when I can, but mostly I offer it as a virtual gathering space for participants to connect and get to know each other.

Q: I registered with my husband’s Paypal account and I never check that e-mail. Can I receive program e-mails at a different account?

A: You sure can.

** Using the form below ** please tell me:

(1) what Name and E-mail address you registered with

(2) what Name and E-mail address you would like to use for the program.

Q: I’d like to add my partner (mother-in-law, babysitter etc.) to my registration so s/he can receive the e-mails too. Can I do that?

A: Absolutely. Whoever is family to you, is family to me!

* * Using the form below * * please tell me:

(1) what Name and E-mail address you registered with

(2) what Name(s) and E-mail address(es) you would like to add

Q: Can my 12 year-old join the Facebook Group and receive the daily e-mails too?

A: Sorry, but no. E-mails and and our Private Facebook group are intended for adults only, with you interpreting, filtering, and sharing with your child(ren) as you are inspired to do so.

Q: Is there a Recharge Button that I can share on my blog / website?

A: Thank you for asking. There sure is! Click HERE for several size options for. (And please just let me know if you need a different size. I’d be happy to make some more options!)

Q: How do I . . .

Any other questions? Just send them my way.  I will reply to you (and share my response here, if appropriate).

YES!!!! I would LOVE if you shared this page!!!
